Ariane Hagl

Ariane Hagl, ( is artist,  psychologist and art therapist. Since 30 years she works internationally to enable change processes in individuals, teams, companies, universities – both on local and global levels. She has developed an unique artistic-dialogical methodology that connects art, creativity, the body and human senses to enhances awareness and change in leadership and innovation processes. In addition to her interdisciplinary work in change processes, Ariane Hagl teaches at the University of Munich (LMU).

Her artwork (paintings and installations) has been exposed internationally and focus on social and political issues. Her focus in many of her exhibitions is to experiment with other artists (from performance, music, dance) to develop new formats.

In the last years, she collaborated with young people and students – fridaysforfuture, healthforfuture and studentsforfuture.
